On Wednesday 6th May 2015 at our head office in Spondon, as Ramathon 2015 headline sponsors Central Health hosted an exciting Ramathon Race Ready Question Time event.
During the event and in front of an audience of Ramathon entrants, our panel of special guests, which included national athletics coaches and international athletes, provided lots of vital half marathon running tips and advice – which left us all highly motivated and race ready for the big day on 7th June!
