Introducing Arizona Jessop!
Arizona is a Sports Massage Therapist and we’re delighted to have her on the team!
As well as being a fully qualified and experience Sports Massage Therapist, Arizona is in her final year studying BSc Sport Therapy and Rehabilitation at University of Derby, and therefore has many clinical skill sets.
Talking about her new role at Central Health, Arizona said:
“Massage is a great way to promote recovery from injury as well as maintaining pain free movement. I also find that a good massage is the perfect way to de-stress, and reduce tension and anxieties. I love the fact that massage is so diverse, and that it’s not just for sporting individuals or elite athletes. It really can help anyone and I urge everyone to give it a try here at Central Health!”

Outside of work, Arizona’s interests vary greatly and she’s a music and film lover, has an interest in football and training at the gym, enjoys going on long walks in the countryside and loves spending time with friends and family when she can.
Arizona has sporting experience in cycling, cricket, rounders, netball and dancing, and her personal goal is to climb to the summit of the highest mountain in every UK country!
