We are looking for a highly efficient Financial Accounts Manager to work on a part-time basis at our busy head office in Spondon, Derby.

As the Financial Accounts Manager you will work closely with and report directly to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities of the role include:
Bookkeeping using Sage 50 accounts software. You will be responsible for keeping accurate records, monthly journals, bank reconciliations and producing monthly management accounts. Accounts will be reconciled on a weekly basis.
Payroll on a monthly basis. You will be responsible for the processing and payment of wages including calculating statutory payments, holiday entitlement, final pay, pensions and expense claims. Payroll is processed though Moneysoft Payroll Manager.
Managing Associate (Self-Employed) Clinicians timesheets and payments.
Use of TM3 software (training will be provided) to produce invoices, export sales data into sage accounts and produce reports.
Keeping up to date financial records, including employee details, holiday spreadsheets, petty cash and banking.
Purchase ledger processing, including checking invoices and making timely payments via online banking.
Raising customer invoices for both private individuals and health insurance firms.
Credit control. Including chasing late invoices, reporting any issues and producing monthly statements.
General administration work as required.
The right individual for this role will:
Have the ability to remain in full control of the above role responsibilities.
Be able to self-manage and self-motivate
Have a minimum of 2 years recent and relevant experience in a similar job role.
Possess excellent data entry skills.
Be capable of manipulating data using Microsoft packages such as Excel, Outlook and Word.
Experience in auto-enrolment and some knowledge of employment law would also be beneficial.
Package:
This part-time role requires two working days per week (two full days or flexible working across 5 days available), with a £12 per hour pay scale available.
