Taking place from 5.00pm-8pm at Central Health’s head office and main Treatment and Rehab Centre in Spondon, runners will get the chance to meet the region’s leading physiotherapists, podiatrists & sports masseurs to chat about race preparation, discuss any niggling aches and pains, and pick up tips and advice on staying injury free and getting in the best possible shape for Race Day on 17th April!
