As all businesses currently are, at Central Health we are monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation very closely and adhering to guidance from the government and our health authorities regarding the proper prevention and management of the issue.
This applies across our entire business, including Central Physio, Central Osteopaths, Central FootClinic and Central Occupational Health.
Our top and only priority is the health and wellbeing of our patients and staff.
That might seem a strange thing for us to say, as the health and wellbeing of our patients and staff is obviously always our top priority, but we feel it’s worth reiterating right now.
With the situation surrounding Coronavirus changing rapidly, as we stand today all appointments across the Central Health group are taking place.
We have, however, temporarily closed our satellite clinics, and all appointments will be taking place at our main treatment and rehabilitation centre in Spondon.
This has enabled us to create the safest environment possible in which to deliver treatments, and one where we have elevated our already high standards of hygiene and cleaning, and monitoring of the general health of all visitors and staff.
If you have an appointment booked with us, or intend to make one, we do please ask that you adhere to all current government guidelines regarding self-isolating if you, or anyone in your household has contracted Coronavirus, is displaying flu like or Coronavirus symptoms, has been in contact with someone who has Coronavirus or if you have returned from overseas recently.
More information can be found by searching ‘NHS Coronavirus’.
Please do not attend clinic if the advice to you is to self-isolate.
Please telephone us on 01332 281 411 to cancel your appointment as soon as possible. There will be no cancellation fee and we will be pleased to rebook you an appointment at a later date.
If you are in any doubt, again, please telephone us.
We trust you understand that these measures are in place to protect everyone, including our patients (especially those in vulnerable groups), our staff and their families, and the people in our local area.
Central Health is committed to doing the upmost for everyone in these extremely challenging times.
We will update you if and when the situation develops.
We wish every one of you and your families good health and trust you will stay well.
Thank you
Kevin Huffington
