The team at Central Physio enjoyed a busy evening at PureGym Derby on Monday 26th September, providing a long list of local gym-goers with free physiotherapy assessments and sports injury advice.
During the evening we saw people who were experiencing a wide range of injuries and niggles, and provided on the spot help with problems relating to lots of knees, shoulders and backs!
Each person who visited Central Physio at PureGym was also provided with a series of exercises, which we trust will speed up the rehabilitation process.
The evening proved a big success with Central offering discounts on future treatments and PureGym Derby providing free 24-hour gym passes to non-members who wanted to visit for our physio session.
