This year’s Central Health Derby 10K Race Ready Event takes place on Wednesday 15th March.
So if you’re running the Derby10K and want to reach the start line race ready, come along to Central Health, 70 Nottingham Road, Spondon, Derby, DE21 7NL anytime between 5pm-8pm, and we’ll be on hand to help with any injury advice you may need ahead of race day on 9th April.
The team from race organisers, Sporting Futures will also be here to answer any questions about the big day and you’ll get to meet our Couch to 10K coach Andy Brooks, who’ll be offering personalised hints and tips to optimise your training!
